Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and use various computer software applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with residents and colleagues
  • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and maintain a good driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a health-care environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of various computer software applications and ability to learn new software
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional speaking voice
  • Ability to work cooperatively with residents, family members, team members, and external partners
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with good driving record

Job Duties

  • Provide welcoming and excellent customer service to all residents, team members, and guests
  • Greet and direct visitors upon arrival
  • Direct incoming phone calls and relay timely messages to the appropriate personnel
  • Answer general questions by providing accurate information
  • Provide lost and found services for residents
  • Serve as liaison for administrative offices and appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of members’ personal health information
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
