Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience working in luxury hospitality or customer service
  • knowledge of OPERA required
  • ability to multi-task on several tasks at once
  • work authorization in the United States required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using OPERA
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • maintain accurate and organized front desk records
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues diplomatically
  • assist with telephone and reservation duties as required
