Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in patient registration or medical office environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients with registration
  • Verify patient insurance information
  • Collect copayments from patients
  • Scan and manage documentation in the EMR system
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Check out patients after their appointments
  • Schedule future patient appointments
