Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and community management policies
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Knowledge of local and federal fair housing and landlord-tenant laws

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, prospective residents, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide a positive customer service experience by being attentive, courteous, and responsive to inquiries and concerns
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Assist residents with service requests, pest control requests, and package acceptance adhering to community guidelines
  • Register and issue parking passes, gate passes, fitness fobs, and pool passes
  • Schedule and manage appointments for staff and management, ensuring meetings and events are well-organized
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and resident requests
  • Oversee Hospitality Suite and Pub Room rental management
  • Manage and coordinate community programs such as Fetch and Captivate
  • Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse, business center, fitness center, and other common areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
  • Assist in preparing and distributing the monthly newsletter
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, distributing reports, and maintaining resident databases
  • Help facilitate and support resident events and community activities
  • Promote and assist with Fitness on Demand programming
  • Foster a sense of community by collaborating with other departments and ensuring resident satisfaction
