Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and community management policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents, prospective residents, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide a positive customer service experience by being attentive, courteous, and responsive to inquiries and concerns
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation
- Assist residents with service requests, pest control requests, and package acceptance adhering to community guidelines
- Register and issue parking passes, gate passes, fitness fobs, and pool passes
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff and management, ensuring meetings and events are well-organized
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and resident requests
- Oversee Hospitality Suite and Pub Room rental management
- Manage and coordinate community programs such as Fetch and Captivate
- Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse, business center, fitness center, and other common areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- Assist in preparing and distributing the monthly newsletter
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, distributing reports, and maintaining resident databases
- Help facilitate and support resident events and community activities
- Promote and assist with Fitness on Demand programming
- Foster a sense of community by collaborating with other departments and ensuring resident satisfaction
