  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the face of the office
  • Handle new business applications, execute and mail bonds
  • Answer client phone calls and respond to emails
  • Issue riders, scan and distribute mail
  • Forward voicemails and compile business information
  • Collaborate with sales and team members to improve workflow and achieve goals
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems
  • Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance productivity
  • Balance multiple competing priorities efficiently
