Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in animal care preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment with multiple client interactions

  • Quick typing ability

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about services and policies
  • Give tours of the facility to potential and new clients
  • Create and update client accounts and profiles
  • Make reservations and schedule services
  • Check pets in and out, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Communicate client instructions and pet needs to team members
  • Log belongings, instructions, and create Suite Cards
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Send updates and messaging to pet parents as needed
  • Assist in boutique sales and product recommendations
