Job Requirements

  • Clearance of background check
  • must have own transportation for site visits including a valid driver's license and up-to-date insurance
  • ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds
  • excellent command of English language and grammar, verbal and written
  • ability to manually operate a computer
  • ability to communicate clearly over the telephone

Job Qualifications

  • High school equivalency
  • prior experience with office or general administration preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Escorting visitors to the designated meeting location as required
  • assist client sign-in process and other client needs such as providing coffee and clothing items
  • assist front desk staff with clerical tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • answering the main telephone line and directing calls to appropriate staff
  • entering data into Salesforce and collaborating with Justice Navigation and Case Management teams
  • cultivating a hospitality-based culture within the organization
  • monitoring security cameras as needed
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of interior offices and exterior building spaces
  • assisting program staff with event setups, organizing materials, and handling logistics
  • inventory of office supplies and needed items
  • adhering to agency code of ethics and maintaining strict client confidentiality
  • performing other duties within the scope and purpose of the job
