Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum five years of work experience
  • three years of face-to-face customer service
  • one year of suggestive selling experience
  • two years of reception or administrative experience
  • must have a home office with desk, computer, and printer for remote work after training
  • flexibility to work between 7am and 6pm including some weekends
  • availability on days before and after major holidays and during peak season
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of face-to-face customer service experience
  • one year of suggestive selling in retail, food, spa, or similar industry
  • two years of reception or administrative work experience
  • five years of overall work history
  • excellent phone communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask
  • calm under pressure
  • familiarity with dog breeds and love for animals

Job Duties

  • sales of our facility services
  • providing exceptional customer service

  • checking in/out boarding, daycare, & grooming customers
  • data entry of new customers
