- Enjoy working towards sales goals, including monthly targets and prizes
- Prior salon experience or other customer service experience
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Mac computers
- Ability to maintain a clean and respectful salon environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Act as the first and last impression for guests, serving as a Blo brand ambassador
- Provide professional, friendly, and tactful customer service, including diffusing tense situations
- Manage scheduling and booking software
- Oversee the management of appointment calendars to optimize schedules and maximize bookings
- Promote and sell hair packages, memberships, and beauty products
- Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians
- Participate in maintaining a clean, fun, and professional work environment
- Engage in routine up-training and skill development
