Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good command of the English language
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
- Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintains knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area to provide accurate information
- Coordinates with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Handles guest complaints and resolves issues calmly and effectively
- Manages administrative tasks related to guest check-in and check-out processes
