Job Duties

  • welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing payment methods
  • checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining bills
  • responds to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and providing personalized recommendations
  • maintains a flexible schedule, including morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • collaborates with other hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • handles customer inquiries and resolves complaints promptly and professionally
  • manages guest information accurately and maintains confidentiality
