Job Duties

  • greet visitors and neighbors arriving at the center
  • assist with administrative tasks such as faxing documents and enrollment guidance
  • answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of the lobby and resource areas
  • update and manage informational materials including flyers and technology resources
  • collaborate with program staff to stay informed about upcoming events and programs
  • offer empathetic support and conflict de-escalation when necessary
