Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a medical or clinical office preferred
- ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- willingness to travel between locations
- comfort with handling blood
- detail-oriented mindset
- availability to work region 3 schedule including Braselton ASC and Winder clinics
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of organization policies and procedures
- experience with clerical duties and clinical support
- willingness to cross-train on clinical responsibilities
- ability to handle blood safely and comfortably
Job Duties
- Communicating directly with patients and their needs
- greeting patients by checking in, collecting copay, verifying insurance, preparing charts
- checking out patients by scheduling, referring, and verifying prescriptions based on individual needs
- assisting patients to their vehicles when necessary
- effectively processing messages between patients, administration, or other medical offices
- reporting to the office manager and/or practice administrator
