Job Requirements

  • able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
  • able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • California driver's license
  • reception or office experience preferred

Job Duties

  • answers, screens, routes and directs all incoming and internal telephone calls, messages and information, including staff mobile phone calls, walkie-talkies, and emergency calls
  • greet, assist and direct residents, guests and vendors
  • maintain, assist with, or administer office files, resident files, marketing materials, admission packets, rosters, menu and database updates, incoming and outgoing mail and services, all logbooks, transportation schedules, etc
  • oversees, administers and communicates all security and emergency systems and 911 calls
  • monitor resident activity in front lobby, control flow of traffic, monitor first impression items, and ensure residents unable to leave facility unassisted do not leave without assistance
  • secretarial and administrative support for Administrator and Coordinators
  • other duties as may be assigned
