Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • flexible schedule including availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts
  • effective communication skills
  • aptitude for problem-solving
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Welcomes and registers hotel guests
  • explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
  • checks guests out of the hotel and prepares and explains the bills
  • responds to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations and touches
  • works flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • maintains accurate guest records and handles special requests professionally
  • coordinates with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
