Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- professional demeanor and appearance
- a strong passion to help others and achieve best outcomes

- willingness to obtain NC Notary Public certification within six months
- familiarity with legal language and processes preferred
- bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- operate a multi-line phone system by answering calls, assisting callers, relaying accurate messages, and connecting to appropriate contacts
- assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
- promptly direct outgoing and incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to intended recipients
- maintain tidy and welcoming public spaces such as lobby, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and break areas
- prepare meeting rooms, documents, and arrange refreshments as needed
- support administrative needs such as copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note taking
- meet with clients for notary services
- coordinate with staff as needed for client check execution and releases
- maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and legal staff
- provide assistance and guidance ensuring clarity and comfort for all visitors
- support the execution of daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
