Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of experience in receptionist or administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting
  • Mid to strong Excel skills
  • Ability to provide a consistent and friendly presence, establishing and maintaining relationships with employees, vendors, and co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of basic accounting
  • Mid to strong Excel skills
  • Experience in customer service and front desk roles
  • Skills in data entry and inventory stock management
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and calendar management

Job Duties

  • Handle incoming mail and locate appropriate files for correspondence
  • Compose and type routine correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the file system, filing correspondence and records
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, arranging conference calls as needed
  • Coordinate schedules and make appointments
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
