Job Duties
- Greet patients, parents, and guardians upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
