Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring a smooth and fast registration process
  • Conduct the process of checking out guests from the hotel
  • Assist guests in resolving challenges encountered during their stay
  • Efficiently select appropriate rooms based on guest preferences
  • Promote hotel amenities and provide upgrades by issuing electronic keys
  • Coordinate guest room allocations and assign team members to assist guests with their luggage
  • Provide a hospitality kit upon guest arrival including room keys and gifts
