Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring a smooth and fast registration process
- Conduct the process of checking out guests from the hotel
- Assist guests in resolving challenges encountered during their stay
- Efficiently select appropriate rooms based on guest preferences
- Promote hotel amenities and provide upgrades by issuing electronic keys
- Coordinate guest room allocations and assign team members to assist guests with their luggage
- Provide a hospitality kit upon guest arrival including room keys and gifts
