- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or front desk receptionist role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with standard office software such as G Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and helpful attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, warmly welcoming and directing all visitors, candidates, and guests
- Maintain a professional and clean reception area
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and facilitate access for employees who need access to the facility
- Coordinate and issue temporary access credentials for contractors and long-term guests following established security protocols
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure all sign-in procedures are followed
- Act as a dedicated resource for the Site Facilities Professional, completing assigned tasks such as mail sorting, inventory checks, and light administrative support
- Assist with setting up for internal meetings or events as requested
