  • two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • additional education is a plus
  • two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest service inquiries
  • train, coach, and support front desk agents in policies, procedures, and service standards
  • coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to address guest needs promptly
  • promote a culture centered on guest satisfaction and team accountability
  • assist in supporting revenue goals through effective scheduling, budgeting awareness, and yield management support
