- two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- additional education is a plus
- two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
- strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest service inquiries
- train, coach, and support front desk agents in policies, procedures, and service standards
- coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to address guest needs promptly
- promote a culture centered on guest satisfaction and team accountability
- assist in supporting revenue goals through effective scheduling, budgeting awareness, and yield management support
