Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work first, second, or overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Professional and pleasant personality focused on customer service
  • Willingness to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Completion of safety training and certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or front office environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with property management systems and standard office software
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Supervise front office staff to ensure excellent owner and guest service
  • Actively listen and respond positively to owner and guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes
  • Supervise front desk associates to ensure property coverage and prompt service
  • Process owner and guest check-ins, confirming reservations and room assignments
  • Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit or debit cards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
