Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work first, second, or overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Professional and pleasant personality focused on customer service
- Willingness to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Completion of safety training and certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or front office environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Supervise front office staff to ensure excellent owner and guest service
- Actively listen and respond positively to owner and guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes
- Supervise front desk associates to ensure property coverage and prompt service
- Process owner and guest check-ins, confirming reservations and room assignments
- Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit or debit cards
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
