Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- willingness to work night shifts Sunday through Wednesday 11 pm to 7 am
- ability to act as a First Responder
- ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- ability to get along with co-workers
- ability to demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude

- outgoing and friendly personality
- ability to work with older adults
- ability to act as a First Responder
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a high-traffic, high-interruption environment

Job Duties
- Answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers
- greet the public, prospective residents, and families professionally and courteously
- provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups
- monitor medical alert systems and follow protocols to respond
- act as a First Responder in emergencies
- escort emergency personnel to the location of emergencies
- cover the interior and exterior grounds of the campus including operating company vehicles
