Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
willingness to work night shifts Sunday through Wednesday 11 pm to 7 am
ability to act as a First Responder
ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
willingness to work weekends and holidays
ability to get along with co-workers
ability to demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
outgoing and friendly personality
ability to work with older adults
ability to act as a First Responder
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a high-traffic, high-interruption environment
ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers
greet the public, prospective residents, and families professionally and courteously
provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups
monitor medical alert systems and follow protocols to respond
act as a First Responder in emergencies
escort emergency personnel to the location of emergencies
cover the interior and exterior grounds of the campus including operating company vehicles
