Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
  • willingness to work night shifts Sunday through Wednesday 11 pm to 7 am
  • ability to act as a First Responder
  • ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • ability to get along with co-workers
  • ability to demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
  • outgoing and friendly personality
  • ability to work with older adults
  • ability to act as a First Responder
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a high-traffic, high-interruption environment
  • ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • positive attitude and integrity

Job Duties

  • Answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers
  • greet the public, prospective residents, and families professionally and courteously
  • provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups
  • monitor medical alert systems and follow protocols to respond
  • act as a First Responder in emergencies
  • escort emergency personnel to the location of emergencies
  • cover the interior and exterior grounds of the campus including operating company vehicles
