Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 3 evening shifts and 2 night audit shifts per week
- Must be a people-person with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to interact politely and positively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and climb stairs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate computers and property management systems
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service orientation
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming front desk experience
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Provide detailed information about local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Maintain punctuality and attendance to support team productivity
- Adapt to varying schedules including evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
