Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic proficiency with computers
- energetic and outgoing personality
- reliable and punctual
- must be able to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- availability to work holidays
- familiarity with MindBody software is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- promote and sell membership plans
- manage appointment bookings using MindBody software
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- process retail transactions and restock products
- support team with daily operational tasks
