Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting required
- Knowledge of insurance plans including Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace required
- At least 1 year Erie experience in a PBA role or similar position required
- Prior staff supervision experience beneficial
- Knowledge of medical/dental office computer applications required
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required

Job Duties
- Train, coach and develop Patient Benefit Advocates and Patient Benefit Advocate II staff members
- Work closely with the Operations Manager/PBA Supervisor to ensure adherence to front desk processes
- Assess patient application materials for Erie Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program and insurance programs
- Perform monthly and corporate performance reviews
- Hold monthly team meetings to discuss performance, attendance, challenges and growth opportunities
- Ensure accurate staff scheduling, approve timesheets and PTO requests
- Perform other duties as required
