Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out appointment scheduling and referral coordination while delivering exceptional customer service
- Verify insurance process authorizations and collect payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients updating information in the Electronic Medical Records system and preparing necessary documents
- Answer phone calls assist patients and uphold HIPAA compliance ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
