Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Verify insurance details, process authorizations, and collect payments to facilitate smooth billing
  • Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating information in the EMR system
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance standards to ensure patient confidentiality and security
  • Prepare necessary documents and support clinical staff as needed
