Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
- schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- verify insurance and process authorizations
- collect payments and support billing operations
- maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating EMR system
- answer phone calls and assist patients
- uphold HIPAA compliance to ensure confidentiality
