Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
- Verify insurance coverage and process authorizations
- Collect payments and assist with billing procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Answer phone calls and assist patients courteously
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality
