  • Basic office and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
  • Verify insurance coverage and process authorizations
  • Collect payments and assist with billing procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients courteously
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure patient confidentiality
