Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out

- verify insurance coverage and process authorizations
- collect payments and ensure smooth billing
- maintain accurate patient records and update information in EMR system
- answer phone calls and assist patients
- uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure a professional environment
