Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out

  • collect payments and ensure smooth billing
  • maintain accurate patient records and update information in EMR system
  • answer phone calls and assist patients
  • uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure a professional environment
