Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to use computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Job Duties
- Check patients in and out
- Use various computer applications (ie. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Update and file patient medical records
- Insurance verification and obtain consent forms
- Return patients' phone calls daily and timely
- Processing patient referrals
- Answer and route phone calls accurately and greet patients
- Follows all organizational policies on safety and security
- maintains restricted areas by safeguarding keyless entry codes and computer system passwords
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Travel to clinics within the region as needed for business operation or staffing coverage requirements
