- prior customer service experience
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- prior customer service experience
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- bilingual abilities
- prior experience in a physician's office (preferred)
- experience with computers and Microsoft products (preferred)
- experience with electronic medical records systems, especially EPIC (preferred)
Job Duties
- Registering patients
- inputting charges
- scheduling and verifying appointments
- collecting payments at the time of service
- applying fee scales appropriately
- safeguarding cash and verifying insurance
- functioning collaboratively with other Patient Support Services and clinical teams to ensure efficient and friendly service
