Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Willingness to work full-time hours Monday through Friday
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out
- Collect payments and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients and updating EMR system
- Prepare necessary documents
- Answer phone calls and assist patients
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure confidentiality
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
