Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, collecting payments, and appointment scheduling while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
  • Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
  • Coordinate daily clinic activities to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide clear communication between patients and clinical staff
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance clinic efficiency
