Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be prepared to come to work with a positive attitude and smile
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse patient populations
- Must be able to perform lobby cleaning and organizing tasks
- Availability to work at least one weekend shift

Job Duties
- Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
- Ask screening questions to ensure safety
- Provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory
- Call for interpreter services as needed
- Perform lobby tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic operations
- Answer incoming calls and book transportation services as needed
- Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor
