Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be prepared to come to work with a positive attitude and smile
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse patient populations
  • Must be able to perform lobby cleaning and organizing tasks
  • Availability to work at least one weekend shift

Job Duties

  • Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
  • Ask screening questions to ensure safety
  • Provide directions to hospital facilities, referencing a directory
  • Call for interpreter services as needed
  • Perform lobby tasks including cleaning, organizing, and basic operations
  • Answer incoming calls and book transportation services as needed
  • Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor
