  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
  • Handle patient intake forms and update client databases
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions
  • Assist patients with retail product inquiries and promote special offers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient service and communication
