Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
- ability to lift and carry small items up to 25 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)
- proven experience in handling guest complaints, reservations, and operational management in a hospitality setting
- familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to resolve conflicts professionally
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards, procedures, and best practices
- financial acumen and experience with budget management and forecasting
