Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
  • ability to lift and carry small items up to 25 pounds
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • proven experience in handling guest complaints, reservations, and operational management in a hospitality setting
  • familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to resolve conflicts professionally
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards, procedures, and best practices
  • financial acumen and experience with budget management and forecasting

Job Duties
