Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in luxury hotels and/or onboard cruise lines
- Familiar with basic shipboard operation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and in additional language(s)
- Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior-level management and owner representatives
- Adherence to specific scheduled working hours yet being flexible to operational requirements
- Ability to interact professionally in an international team
- Capable to perform assigned duties under pressure and in a constantly changing environment
- Easily adapts to change
- Must have previous sea-going experience
Job Qualifications

- Previous sea-going experience
- Cruise ship experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of onboard systems such as Fidelio and Otalio
Job Duties
- Comply with safety, environmental, and emergency response duties as assigned
- Read and acknowledge documents as assigned in FSY Management System
- Handle daily, per cruise, and monthly work according to FSY standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, acting on complaints or requests
- Lead recovery meetings each voyage with onboard departments
- Support, coach, and train Guest Service agents to meet job standards
- Maintain accurate records of guest discussions and complaints, reporting to Director of Rooms
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints, issuing refunds or goodwill gestures in agreement with Director of Rooms and Guest Experience
- Monitor work and rest hours and attendance for Guest services ensuring compliance with MLC regulations
- Ensure Guest Service Agents maintain professional appearance
- Organize and process administrative guest activities during voyages such as embarkation and disembarkation
- Provide information and general assistance to guests
- Oversee Otalio input
- Manage L&F cash handover to Finance Manager timely
- Handle PN applications and send required PN to guests timely
- Update PMS (Otalio) port and time information
- Provide ongoing training to Guest Service agents for up-to-date guest service and product knowledge
- Observe passengers to identify preferences and adjust service accordingly
- Monitor satisfaction and service ratings against OBE targets and create improvement plans
- Meet with guests one-on-one as required
