Job Duties
- Lead and mentor front office employees
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of front office policies and service procedures
- oversee all hotel features, room types, rates, and promotions
- conduct daily inspections of front office areas ensuring staffing, cleanliness, and operational standards
- prepare financial and payroll forecasts
- monitor and address guest comments and concerns
- ensure security of public hotel areas
