Job Duties

  • Manage all front office operations including guest service and registration
  • monitor and develop team member performance through supervision and evaluations
  • assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • ensure compliance with company standards
  • respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • initiate up-selling techniques to increase revenue
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
