Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
  • Ensure efficient and timely guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage room assignments and room blocks
  • Monitor and control room inventory and rates
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Analyze daily reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability
