Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front desk team
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
- Ensure efficient and timely guest check-in and check-out processes
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Manage room assignments and room blocks
- Monitor and control room inventory and rates
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Analyze daily reports and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with the development and implementation of new initiatives
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
