Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years experience in guest services or related area
  • OR two-year degree in related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage daily front office operations
  • Customer service orientation
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
  • OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in hospitality management preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk
  • Develop and prioritize work goals and plans to meet customer expectations
  • Handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and negotiate solutions
  • Supervise staffing levels to fulfill operational needs and financial objectives
  • Maintain ongoing communication with employees to align goals and recognize performance
  • Lead by example to demonstrate appropriate behaviors and honesty
  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance service quality
