Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Or a two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Good problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and customer expectations are met
  • Develops specific goals and plans to organize and prioritize work
  • Handles complaints, settling disputes and resolving conflicts
  • Supervises staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
  • Ensures ongoing communication with employees to align with business objectives
  • Leads and encourages team members, building trust and cooperation
  • Supervises all front office areas and performs duties in absence of other managers
