Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Or a two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
- Good problem-solving skills

Job Duties

- Supervises staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
- Ensures ongoing communication with employees to align with business objectives
- Leads and encourages team members, building trust and cooperation
- Supervises all front office areas and performs duties in absence of other managers
