Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence others effectively
- Knowledge of front office functions and hotel operations
- Availability for full time on-site work
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Duties
- Lead and assist with daily front desk shift operations
- Handle guest complaints, disputes, and resolve conflicts
- Support and train front office staff on credit policies and operational procedures
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate front desk goals
- Monitor staffing levels and service performance to meet operational needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and set positive examples for guest relations
- Perform front desk duties and support Bell Staff, Switchboard, and Concierge operations as needed
