Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or front desk operations
- or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major

Job Duties
- Manages day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer expectations are met
- develops and prioritizes work plans and goals
- handles guest complaints and resolves conflicts
- supervises staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives
- communicates business objectives and recognizes employee performance
- leads and manages front office employees including Bell/Door Staff and Switchboard
- ensures compliance with all property policies and procedures
- empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
- participates in hiring, coaching, training, and mentoring staff
- supervises front desk shifts and assumes responsibilities in the absence of Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager
- implements customer service programs and credit policy adherence
- manages room revenue and property occupancy through daily operational oversight
- supports employee satisfaction initiatives and addresses concerns through open communication
- participates in disciplinary and peer review processes
- provides timely updates and information to management and team members
- actively participates in departmental meetings to communicate front desk goals
- performs all front desk duties when necessary
