Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • Alternatively, 2-year degree in hospitality or related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Capability to support daily front office operations
  • Willingness to work full-time at the Ritz-Carlton New York NoMad

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in guest services or related area
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration considered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of front office operations and financial impacts
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead and assist with daily front office shift requirements
  • Support front desk team by fostering trust and cooperation
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Participate in department meetings and communicate goals
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational needs
  • Support training on credit policies and selling procedures
  • Perform front desk duties as needed
