Job Requirements

  • two years of experience in guest services or front desk
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to work full-time
  • must be located in or near Dallas, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in guest services or front desk
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field optional
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle conflict resolution
  • knowledge of front office operations
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • develop goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
  • handle complaints and resolve conflicts
  • supervise staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives
  • communicate business objectives and produce desired results
  • utilize interpersonal skills to lead and encourage team members
  • supervise employees and manage front office areas in manager's absence
