Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Ability to lead and influence a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to handle guest complaints and employee concerns
  • Willingness to work full time at the New York location
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year experience in guest services or related area
  • or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field without prior work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate integrity
  • Experience with guest complaint resolution
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality standards
  • Ability to participate actively in team meetings and collaborate effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and support the front desk team during shifts
  • Encourage trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Handle employee questions and concerns effectively
  • Support daily front desk operations and shift management
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and disputes
  • Participate in department meetings and communicate front desk goals
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
