Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise and manage employees
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and complaint handling
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work full time at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in guest services or front desk roles
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with no experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of front office operations and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
- Competency in managing operational and financial objectives
- Familiarity with credit policies and revenue maximization strategies
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks and using communication tools
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Manages day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Develops and implements goals and plans to organize and prioritize work
- Handles complaints and resolves conflicts or disputes professionally
- Supervises staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
- Communicates business objectives and recognizes employee performance
- Leads and mentors front office team to foster collaboration and respect
- Oversees front desk shifts and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures
- Provides exceptional customer service and resolves guest problems
- Implements and monitors adherence to credit and service policies
- Supports human resource activities including hiring, training, and employee development
- Runs front desk shifts as necessary and participates in departmental meetings
- Analyzes information to solve problems and reports updates to management
